Payment Options

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification due to fluctuations in the currency and the rising costs of raw materials. Payment must be received before goods can be dispatched.

Official PayPal SealThe following payment options are available - PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit (Direct Bank Deposit option is for Australian customers only). At the moment, PayPal is the only form of payment accepted for International purchases. Customers do not require a PayPal account to make a payment. All major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) are accepted. For your security and ease of mind, Sweet Contemplation Accessories is PayPal-verified.



Postage and Delivery

Australian Orders

For Australian customers, there are two options of shipping available - regular and registered post. Shipping via regular post is free of charge.

Registered post is highly recommended ($3.50 is charged for registered post) for orders over $60. If you choose not to register your package, please note that we do not take responsibility and will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages. Orders sent via regular post will not be replaced if lost.


International Orders

Sweet Contemplation Accessories ships internationally. We charge a flat shipping fee of $6, and for international orders of $100 or more, shipping is free.

Australia Post Air Mail is the shipping method used for international orders. It is the most economical; however, please bear in mind that it does not include insurance or tracking. Delivery time takes on average of 7-21 business days depending on the destination, and the destination country's processing time.

You can also opt to have your purchase sent by registered post (signature required upon delivery, but no insurance available). Delivery times are similar to the regular air mail, but it is more secure and usually costs about $5 more than regular air mail.


Lead Time and Delivery

Once an order is placed, we endeavour to deliver your purchase within 5 business days. Certain items are made to order, e.g. chainmaille jewellery (they are more complex to hand-make compared to other pieces), and this will take slightly longer to deliver. Lead time for chainmaille jewellery is 2 working days.


Packaging

All care is given when jewellery is packed so that it arrives safe and secure to you. All items are wrapped with care and sent in packed in bubble wrap. If you choose not to register or insure your package, please note that we take no responsibility for loss or damage.

In order to conserve the environment and reduce waste, all items are sent in velvet or organza gift bags that can be used to store your jewellery. We also provide free gift-wrapping service. Please notify us in the special instructions box when you check out if you would like your items gift-wrapped.



Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you've ordered. We take great pride in our range of accessories and strive to ensure that all our customers are more than satisfied with their purchases. But if something isn't right, please let us know.

If there are any problems with the product (quality issues, or if it was not what you ordered), we would be happy to provide a prompt refund or exchange as long as you return the unworn item within 10 working days of the invoice date. Please note that we do not give refunds upon change of mind, so please select your items carefully. Refund requests due to human error (e.g. accidentally purchasing an International Insurance Cover for an Australian order) will be considered, but we will charge a nominal fee along with the refund.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at enquiries@sweetcontemplationaccessories.com as soon as possible. You will be required to return the item with a copy of your receipt. Please be sure to indicate your exchange requirements clearly. If, for any reason, the item which you requested for is out of stock or discontinued, it will be replaced with an item of a similar value. We will, of course, contact you to discuss alternative options before sending you the replacement item.

Custom Orders

If you have any special requests, Sweet Contemplation Accessories welcomes custom orders.

If you would like us to custom-make a piece of jewellery for you, please contact us with your requirements. We will return to you with our quotation and lead time as soon as we can.



Others

When you have received your order, please check it carefully and let us know if you do encounter any errors. We check each order carefully; however occasionally mistakes do occur despite our best intentions. We will happily rectify errors swiftly once advised.

Please note that product colours may differ occasionally from the image shown on the screen due to inaccuracies in reproducing photographs electronically. We endeavour to make the images as accurate as possible but depending on your system and monitor, the photographs may sometimes appear a little different in real life.

There may also be times when we run out of stock of certain beads, and will use similar replacement beads in the design. Rest assured that the integrity and overall design of the piece(s) will not be compromised. If any of the signature beads of a piece is out of stock after you have placed an order, we shall advise you as soon as possible to either discuss further on the order or arrange a refund.
